How many sunrises and sunsets can you see in the time off? Please take pictures and post them to keep the positive energy going.
Getting regular exercise and bodywork (specifically craniosacral therapy) will help boost your nervous system and allow your body to remember how to self-heal and balance your body chemistry and alignment.

Such a touchy subject, I know. I’m going to approach in the best way that I can neutrally.
