Adrenal Mocktail (Creamsicle)

Adrenal cocktail (Creamsicle)-Great Adrenal Boost for Women of all Ages

Are you feeling sluggish in the middle of the day or at any time of day? As women, we can struggle with our bodies getting the correct minerals and vitamins that can promote the best hormone production and balance. Women have more complicated systems than men and have more hormonal balancing needs for our bodies to work harmoniously. Take it once a day, around 1/2 hour before the time you start to feel sluggish. If you are still feeling sluggish, you can do it twice a day, around 4 hours after you get up, or sooner if you feel the need, etc. Check in and see what works best for you.

There are also other issues that can come from our bodies being out of balance. You may have old injuries or life experiences that cause an area to be blocked so it cannot receive the minerals or vitamins.. Your body may be holding restrictions (from childbirth, head traumas, etc) and keeping the fluids from flowing freely throughout your body due to tense areas that restrict free-flowing fluids (spinal cord and brain, especially). In that case, you may see some improvement here with the adrenal cocktail. You may want to reach out to me for a free Zoom consult before an in-person for locals and a 45-minute telehealth session for some more specific direction to your custom situation with techniques to assist with your health.

I’m an Elite Brain Health Specialist Clinician , working as a Certified CranioSacral Therapist with Michael Morgan of Upledger Institute with Alzheimer's research and Menopause related brain health. I have 5 children, homeschooled two of them while I was a fire fighter in Baltimore City before suffering a career ending injury and meeting my husband. I was told to have a surgery or become a quadriplegic within 3 years and that was 20 years ago. I began doing major research on my own and have healed my scoliosis, herniated discs, concussions and more through the many disciplines that I bring to your sessions. My mission is to assist others through CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and other disciplines while educating others to become their own advocates, feel into their body and lifestyle and create health and lifestyle plans that work best for them and take them from “I’m exhausted & I’ve TRIED EVERYTHING” to living their best lives!
